Please allow a longer transit time than quoted on our website to reach these destinations, as some items will need to be shipped to our corporate office first before being forwarded on to you.
Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. At that time, we could make changes to your order, such as change colors, sizes, or keep the order as-is depending on the estimated wait time, or cancel, whichever you prefer.Return Policy:
Returned merchandise MUST be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packing and warranty information included. Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receiving your item. All exchanges/returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #). You can obtain an RA # by emailing email@example.com.
Please DO NOT MARK on the original box.If there are any markings on the original box you may be subject to a $5.00 box charge to replace the manufacturer's box.
Some items are identified as clearance items in the product description. For these items all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted or allowed.Refund Policy:
Items returned or exchanged will receive a refund for the amount of the items plus any applicable taxes(if any). (Order/item total minus shipping fees.) Shipping/Handling fees are non-refundable. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping. If the carrier determines the item was damaged in transit, they will honor repayment of our shipping costs and you will be refunded in full if you do not wish for a replacement to be sent out.

Send a email, with your name and the order number and the item you are requesting a cancellation for to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item ordered is shipped from the manufacturer direct we will then forward the cancellation request to the appropriate manufacturer. All cancellation requests require the manufacturer's cancellation confirmation before they are confirmed cancelled by Moms Just Know. Simply requesting cancellation does not mean the order has already been cancelled. Once the cancellation has actually taken place you will then be provided with a confirmation via email.
Please note that when you request a cancellation and the item is already in the manufacturer's shipping dept., or has been shipped then you will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges. If the item is in transit, you may refuse shipment and it will go back to the manufacturer, and you will save yourself the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Some of the manufacturers do charge a re-stocking fee, which will be also deducted from your credit if you decide to refuse shipment and have the item go back to the manufacturer. The restocking fee will vary depending on the manufacturer.Refusal of Delivery:
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge for the cost to correct the address error with the carrier. This is the cost we incur from UPS and Fedex when a shipping address is entered incorrectly and needs to be changed during transit and rerouted. Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.Payment Options:
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is our merchant account that processes all of our payments. If you do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to pay through PayPal, you simply enter your credit card information instead of logging in to PayPal.
